My order ended up taking longer than I expected, which would’ve been a lot easier to deal with if the tracking had actually updated once in a while. I emailed to ask about it and eventually got a reply, though it was vague, so that was… helpful, I guess. The item did finally show up, so there’s that, but the communication could definitely use some work.

Luckily nothing was missing or damaged, but like i said, it just didn’t feel like it was packed with much care. For what I paid, I expected it to be a little more secure. I’m not sure I’d order again unless they improve the packaging.
